Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of E-Liquids in the UK, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive their growth strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders to establish a robust network of contacts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into clients, utilizing negotiation and closing skills to secure new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, analyzing market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure new business.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
