**Job Title:** School Leadership Director

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a School Leadership Director. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving educational excellence and improving student outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a large and diverse school with a strong focus on academic achievement and student well-being.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve educational standards and raise student attainment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Able to take on a senior leadership role in a large and complex school setting.
  • Proven experience of driving educational improvement and raising student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Salary:** £116,240 - £133,350 per annum (inclusive of pay award pending). This salary is estimated based on national averages for similar roles in Wales.
