About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join Appoint Healthcare's leading neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service in South Wales. This role offers the chance to be a key member of the leadership team in a specialist hospital that provides care for adults with neuropsychiatric disorders, acquired brain injuries, and degenerative neurological conditions.

The service comprises single-gender units designed to provide tailored, high-quality rehabilitation care and focuses on achieving positive outcomes for patients and their families.

  • Guide the implementation of treatment models and support best practices for neuropsychiatric care.
  • Develop and oversee care plans and behavior support strategies for patients.
  • Deputise for the Hospital Director when required and participate in an on-call rota.
About You:

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
  • Hold a valid and clear NMC PIN.
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
