The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home, be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members, and be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice. No previous experience is required as Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training programme.
