Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum level of experience, training, and qualification. Key selection criteria include:

  • Detailed familiarity with core architectural design principles.
  • Experience in a range of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba solutions, including Enterprise Management Layer (EML), with strong Requirements analysis, Solution Design, Functional, and implementation knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills, able to discuss and negotiate requirements, explain complex problems and solutions, and proactively raise issues within the team.

Prior experience with SAP technical or architecture qualifications/certifications or equivalent practical experience of the application of SAP learning is highly desirable. Additionally, a background in enterprise software and cloud computing solutions, with a bias towards ERP or HCM disciplines, would be an asset.
