About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at NMS Recruit Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify new leads to pass on to experienced Advisors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the business remains competitive
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
