The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £54,000 - £63,432 per annum, commensurate with their qualifications and experience.Job Description
This Band 7 Pharmacist position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development. As a key member of our Pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services across various specialties. Your responsibilities will include clinical reviews, providing advice to medical teams, and supporting the dispensary. This role also presents opportunities for further education and training, including funding for a clinical diploma or independent prescribing course.Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong foundation in Hospital Pharmacy and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. A background in pharmacology, toxicology, or a related field is essential. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Newly qualified Pharmacists will begin at a Band 6 level, which provides a solid foundation for progression to a Band 7 pharmacist.

This role offers a Recruitment and Retention Premium of £2,000 (pro-rata for part-time employees) and an on-call premium of approximately £2,400 (both subject to eligibility). These premiums will be paid in instalments over a 12-month period.
