We're seeking a Career Development Facilitator to join our team in Devon, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to gain employment. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues to deliver services that meet contractual and quality standards.

You'll be responsible for progressively managing a caseload of referred customers using appropriate strategies to aid their progress. A good working knowledge of the local labour market and experience working with people with multiple and complex needs are essential. Additionally, you should possess GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths at Grade C or above and be fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range £26,000 to £29,545 pro rata p.a and a range of excellent benefits:
