Residential Surveyor

At Rise Technical Recruitment Limited, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an ambitious Residential/Building Surveyor to join our specialist building surveying business.

We specialise in delivering high-quality Homebuyer and Building surveys across the South West, from Bath to Plymouth. Our success is built on a small dedicated team that has enabled us to become a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).

This role will be based remotely, with travel across North Devon for the completion of Homebuyer (Level 2) and Building (Level 3) surveys. You will receive excellent support from day one to ensure a smooth transition into the business, as well as fantastic opportunities for further training and professional development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveys, working closely with clients to build strong relationships, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential/Building Surveyor who is looking for a company that will offer long-term career prospects, support their professional development, and provide autonomy to manage their workload.

• A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum
