We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our client's professional services firm. As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging training content to support colleagues across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training content to support colleagues in person and virtually.
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Lead interactive workshops to foster learning and development.
- Ensure the management of content on the Learning Management System.
- Partner with key departments to create continuous learning opportunities.
- Measure the impact of training initiatives and refine programmes.
- Demonstrable experience in a Learning and Development role.
