Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Executive to join our team at First Central Services UK Ltd. As a key member of our People pillar, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering impactful internal communications and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications and engagement plans aligned with the Group's overarching strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications and Engagement team to create relevant content for each site and culture.
  • Write, edit, and proof copy across all channels, ensuring consistency with our brand and tone of voice.
  • Promote Corporate Social Responsibility and advocate our brand as an ambassador.
  • Host in-person, virtual, and hybrid events to support engagement, product launches, celebrations, social activities, and strategic plans.
  • Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, working groups, and committees to drive engagement and influence.
  • Track success through documentation, data analysis, and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Excellent creative written and spoken skills, with the ability to write for various audiences.
  • First-class drafting, proof-reading, and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience coordinating projects.
  • Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Sharepoint.
Experience and Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge and background in internal or external communications and engagement, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.
