We are seeking an experienced professional who can deliver excellent working practices, promote the Company image, and act as a brand ambassador. As a Complaints Manager, your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, addressing any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our customers leave satisfied with their experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you
