Role Overview
Optical Express is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at our Exeter clinic. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting our Ophthalmologists in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in laser vision correction and intraocular lens (cataract) procedures
- Provide anaesthetic assistance and pre-operative assessments
- Undertake pre-screening diagnostic duties and discharge patients with after-care advice and medications
- Manage medicines and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Previous Theatre or scrub experience
