Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Field-based

Salary: £40-45k + Car Allowance + Quarterly bonus + Uncapped OTE (top performers £100k)

Job Summary:

To achieve and exceed targets and KPIs, whilst maintaining the highest level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify all potential outlets for services and products and record them in an updated database, which should be regularly maintained.
  • Establish a relationship with each partner, positioning your service as a first alternative source as a minimum.
  • Contribute to the development of a business strategy for the sales team.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to support the agreed management information processes and business reporting structure.

About the Role:

This company currently works exclusively within the B2B market and is responsible for over 40% of all corporate clients for one of the major UK networks as well as having a strong SME base.

The company has a great work culture which is reflected in the longevity of the company's tenure across the board, including the sales team, with the majority of sales staff being 5+ years and some 10+ years.

What We Offer:

As a Business Manager, you will be part of a larger sales team who are all contributing to the team target.

During the first 3 weeks of induction, you will be provided with accommodation close to their head office.

After the induction period, you will be expected to spend most of your time with your clients, with minimal office time required.

With a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building, this role is ideal for a driven and ambitious individual looking to make a real impact in the telecoms industry.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Knowledge of the telecoms industry and a understanding of the company's products and services would be beneficial but not essential.
