Business Development Executive

Job Title: Account ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and foster relationships within an established customer base to drive growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Monitor and report on account performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven account management experience, preferably in telecoms or IT.
- Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
