Job Title: Account ManagerRole Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and foster relationships within an established customer base to drive growth and expansion.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  3. Develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  5. Monitor and report on account performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven account management experience, preferably in telecoms or IT.
  • Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
