About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director - Highways Infrastructure Delivery to join our leadership team at Marston Holdings. As a key member of our West Region team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of highways infrastructure and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery and innovation.
  • Build lasting partnerships with public, private, and developer clients, driving growth and new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop teams, ensuring commercial management, risk assessment, project programming, and more.
  • Oversee commercial management, risk assessment, project programming, and help shape business strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in highways design and construction. You will have a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, planning policy, guides, and design standards relating to highways and general engineering and construction sectors.

You will also have a working knowledge of financial management for significant project and programme values, as well as demonstrable business/commercial management skills of small to large projects.

A network of consultant, contractor, and developer contacts will be beneficial in assisting in the growth and development of business targets.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum DOE, hybrid working, and a range of benefits including enhanced maternity and paternity package, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, private health care, and yearly professional membership.
