Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Housing and Communities team as a Housing Needs Officer. This is a temporary position until October 2025, covering a secondment period.

As a Housing Needs Officer, you will be based in one of our three Area Housing Teams and will be responsible for delivering core and essential housing services. You will work closely with our Conflict Resolution Team, Revenues and Benefits Team, and other wrap-around services to provide excellent customer service to our tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and a passion for working with our tenants to help them thrive in their home and community. A minimum of the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 qualification or above in Housing or a related discipline is required, or equivalent experience.

This role offers the opportunity for further professional development within the Housing sector and a hybrid working arrangement. You will work 18.5 hours per week and will be supported by our team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver core and essential housing services to our tenants

Requirements:
