Murray Recruitment is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in Livingston.
This role involves working as part of a team, reporting to the Manager, and being responsible for customer assistance, work planning, and general administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate PPM and Reactive tasks
- Manage engineers' workload and prioritize tasks
- Handle client inquiries and respond to their needs
- Process job sheets and generate Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate with subcontractors on projects and maintain system updates
- Manage contract administration and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Helpdesk or Contract Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in IT and able to learn new systems
- Effective team player with a proactive approach
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday schedule, from 8am to 5pm
- Salary based on experience and qualifications
- 33 days off, including annual leave and statutory bank holidays
