Front Office Leadership Role

Job Summary:

The Novotel London Bridge is looking for an accomplished Front Office Leadership professional to lead our Front of House team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the front office team to achieve high standards and meet customer satisfaction targets
  2. Manage duty shifts and oversee front desk operations
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  5. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including training and development programs, attractive annual bonus scheme, and complimentary stays in UK hotels.
