Job Title: Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at HRC Recruitment.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical testing, fault finding, installation, and inspection of equipment and systems.
  • Perform mechanical repairs, including motors and inverters, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failure and downtime.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant, where appropriate.
  • Engage fully in all relevant health, safety, and environmental training to assist the company in meeting its legal obligations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance role.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and quality awareness.
  • Recognized apprenticeship/engineering qualification, BTEC, HNC, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems.
