Job Title: Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Escape. As a key member of our engineering function, you will be responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Assess and prioritize workload in the absence of immediate supervision to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
  • Support the installation of new machines and equipment to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained with HND/HNC or equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable: Fast-paced manufacturing experience and working knowledge of conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and motors.
  • PLC fault-finding experience and a manufacturing background are highly valued.
