Job Title: Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at HRC Recruitment.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including testing, fault finding, installation, and inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including testing, fault finding, installation, and inspection.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant.
  • Complete maintenance documentation and computer entry in line with company procedures.
  • Engage fully in all relevant health, safety, and environmental training.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a maintenance role.
  • Demonstrable problem solving abilities and quality awareness.
  • Demonstrable ability in electrical testing, fault finding, installation, and inspection.
  • Ability to carry out mechanical repairs, including motors and inverters.
  • Experience with planned preventative maintenance.
  • Recognized apprenticeship/engineering qualification, BTEC, HNC, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems.
