About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent for Care Facilitator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Talent for Care Leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to managers and staff, ensuring a professional, confidential, and proactive approach to meeting their needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for the department and the Trust, promoting our objectives and values through regular meetings and events.
  • Work closely with the Innovation and Education teams to ensure the Talent for Care agenda is fully integrated into the Trust's operations.
  • Represent the Trust at local school and college events, promoting our brand and values.
Requirements
  • GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working within a Training or Education environment.
  • Experience of working in an acute hospital sector.
  • Experience of working with regional NHS Trusts.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Project management or Management qualification (Prince 2, Mary Seacole equivalent).
  • Health Care/Clinical Professional qualification.
  • Experience of working within the Apprenticeship industry.
  • Management Experience.
  • Working knowledge of local school and college initiatives.
