About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Talent for Care team as a Talent Facilitator. This is a 10-month fixed-term Band 5 opportunity for an individual with project management experience who is passionate about driving forward and shaping key projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work experience and work placements across the trust, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Assist with the organization of outreach events, promoting the trust's services and initiatives to local schools and colleges.
  • Monitor and promote apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and training providers to manage the apprenticeship enrolment process.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent for Care Leads to ensure service delivery standards are achieved.
  • Provide a professional, confidential, and proactive service to managers and staff in relation to the Talent for Care agenda.
  • Act as an ambassador for the department and the trust, promoting Talent for Care objectives and values.
Requirements
  • GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working within a Training/Education environment.
  • Experience of working in an acute hospital sector.
  • Experience of working with regional NHS Trusts.
