Travel Operations Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Travel Operations Team Leader to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of travel professionals, coordinating travel prizes and incentives for global brands, and ensuring seamless delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the travel prizes & incentives team.
  • Plan, organize, and execute travel prizes and incentive experiences from start to finish.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel providers and suppliers.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the seamless delivery of each project.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the quality of our prize offerings.
The Ideal Candidate:

You will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within travel, events, or incentive management. In addition, you will have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. If you're passionate about travel, love managing projects, and are eager to lead a talented team, this could be the perfect role for you.
