About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Castlepoint Shopping Park in Bournemouth. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out various cleaning duties to ensure the shopping park remains clean and safe for customers.
  • Support the trolley collection team as required.
  • Wear company uniform at all times to maintain a professional image.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist the public in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as directed by the supervisor.
Person Specification

We are looking for a team player who is committed to delivering high standards of customer service and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a smart and clean appearance, and a commitment to quality and safety.
