About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Mole Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any concerns
  • Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, and legal requirements
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • A neat and tidy appearance
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in a team
