About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Mole Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and colleagues
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation and fire precautions
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • A neat and tidy appearance
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in a team
