About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Mole Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness across all areas of the resort, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and colleagues to achieve departmental targets
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant departments
  • Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, and legal requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is positive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. You should have good communication skills, a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service, and a neat and tidy appearance. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations is also essential.
