Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TalentTech Recruitment Ltd. in Coventry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business and managing the sales pipeline. You will work closely with our internal sales support team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage the sales pipeline and diary to ensure effective time management
- Consultative selling to identify and meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and provide quotes to clients
- Average order size up to £25,000
- Proven sales experience in a service-led solution
- Ability to structure your day and plan your diary effectively
- Practical mindset and new business focused
- Ability to hunt for new business from a cold perspective
We offer a competitive basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000, with up to £17,000 uncapped OTE, company car, pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday plus stats.
