Data Insights Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in driving forward our data strategy and helping us make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our data warehouse, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.
  • Lead the team in building out reports and visualizations to support business strategy.
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract and analyze complex data sets, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the analytics agency to migrate to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of data capture and reporting across our websites, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Design and develop a customer insight reporting suite to support our marketing strategy.

About You:

  • Proven expertise in SQL query writing and data analysis, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and SA360 is a plus.
