The ONE Group Ltd is a leading retail fashion brand that is looking for a Data Insights Manager to join their team. As a Data Insights Manager, you will play a key role in driving forward the data strategy for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Warehousing: Design and implement a robust data warehousing solution to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Lead the team in building out reports: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use extensive SQL skills to extract and analyse data at a deeper level: Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Move buying and merchandising reporting into the data warehouse and automate reporting: Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline reporting processes.
- Lead the analytics agency in the move to GA4: Collaborate with the analytics agency to migrate to Google Analytics 4 and implement new tracking and measurement strategies.
- Oversee all tag changes across the websites to ensure all data is captured in the right systems: Ensure that all website tags are properly configured to capture relevant data.
- Develop a customer insight reporting suite to support the marketing strategy: Design and develop a reporting suite that provides actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
About You:
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL query writing: Possess advanced skills in writing SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting.
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets: Ability to work with large and complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Experience of a data visualisation tool: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience of leading and building a team: Proven experience in leading and building high-performing teams.
- Experience of GA4, GTM, Google ads and SA360: Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and SA360 would be an advantage.
