Functional Skills Tutor Job Description

We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Functional Skills Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Functional Skills curriculum and be able to design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that cater to students' diverse needs.

About the Role:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality tuition to Key Stage 1 & 2 students who are currently out of school.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to cater to students' diverse needs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a teacher or tutor in SEN settings.
  • Strong understanding of Functional Skills curriculum and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

£35,000 per annum, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
