We're looking for a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Evans Halshaw Ford Motherwell.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is memorable and positive.

With a competitive salary of £26,858 and a performance-related bonus of £4,800, plus a range of benefits including pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services, we offer a comprehensive rewards package.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong background in the automotive industry. You'll need to be confident in your ability to provide estimates, book in service and repair work, and advise customers on recommended courses of action.

  • Providing estimates for work and booking in service and repair work
  • Advising customers on recommended courses of action and accurately invoicing for any work carried out
  • Maximising opportunities to upsell by highlighting available extras, accessories, and value products
