About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising on vehicle maintenance and repair, and maximizing opportunities to upsell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate estimates for work and book in service and repair jobs for customers' vehicles.
  • Advise customers on recommended courses of action and accurately invoice for any work carried out.
  • Keep customers informed of available extras, accessories, and value products while maximizing upsell opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in customer service and a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and confidence using computer systems.
  • Experience in sales with the ability to maintain high customer service standards while meeting KPIs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional service and a passion for making customers happy.
