Senior HR Advisor

Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a Permanent basis.

The role will involve managing day-to-day operational HR matters for an aligned business area, supporting line managers in their people activities.

The post holder will work closely with the Senior HRBP to drive cultural change, workforce planning, including talent, succession planning, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice, guidance, and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees
  • Supporting the Senior HRBP with corporate/local initiatives and projects
  • Contributing to the delivery of project work and policy development within the department
  • Building constructive relationships with colleagues across the HR Team

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office, based in North West London.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, talent management, and workforce planning, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and legislation.
