We are seeking an experienced Institutional Client Acquisition Lead to join our team at the Illinois CPA Society. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of client acquisition strategies, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and asset owners
  • Manage the sales process from qualifying to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome for all parties involved
  • Assist in driving brand recognition and business development efforts through strategic partnerships and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the financial services market, with a background in the institutional space and good understanding of asset owners
  • Deep knowledge of various products across the alternative space, with strong knowledge across public and private assets
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the business and lead discussions with clients

Estimated salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
