**About the Job:**

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Provision Coordinator to join our team. As a coordinator in our healthcare provision, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day running of the service, including ensuring care plan reviews are undertaken and risk assessments are complete and up to date.
  • Developing and implementing action plans to drive improvement within the service.
  • Providing leadership, support, and mentoring to the team.
  • Handling complaints and incidents efficiently and timely, with lessons learned and action plans implemented.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare - Level 5 or be working towards it.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager with the CQC.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children and young adults, within a supported living setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
