Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Surgical Specialist to join our team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced scrub nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for performing the scrub role in consultant-led surgeries, working across a range of specialties. You will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.

Requirements

  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) – Desirable but not essential
  • Experience in orthopaedics, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments reconstruction would be an advantage
