Nurse Manager for Surgical Services

We are seeking an exceptional Theatre Manager to lead our surgical services team in Chelmsford, Essex, and contribute to the success of our private hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of patients and develop their leadership skills.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, budgetary management, and quality assurance, as well as a strong understanding of NMC Code of Conduct, Nursing & Midwifery Strategy, and HCPC Standards of Conduct.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve theatre efficiency and productivity.
- Leading and motivating the theatre team to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records.
The estimated salary for this role is £41,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, 25-28 days holidays, refer a friend scheme, life assurance, season ticket loan, annual summer and Christmas parties, private health insurance, employee discount at our health facilities, career development, and employee assistant programme.
