About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with complex SEMH needs in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with a focus on hands-on experience and supervision.
  • Take responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of pupils, supporting them to develop as individuals and engage with the world.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teams to provide a supportive and enriching environment for pupils.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £19,233.75 per annum (not pro-rata, pre-tax take-home salary).
  • A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.00pm.
  • A permanent, term-time only contract.

Requirements
  • A qualification in English/Maths.
