Job Description:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales office. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and processing customer orders, inputting orders into our SAP system, compiling reports, producing quotations, and liaising with key suppliers. You will also handle customer enquiries and resolve issues, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone and email
  • Input orders and contracts into the SAP system
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Understand and utilise the CRM system
  • Use Excel spreadsheets for data management
  • Develop product knowledge and pricing expertise
  • Produce quotations and liaise with suppliers
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments
  • Handle proforma payments via PayPal
  • Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner

Salary and Benefits:
