About the RoleAs a Paediatric Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with long-term or life-limiting conditions.
You will provide exceptional, individualised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to children and young people with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Provide education and support to families and carers
- Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to the development of our services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid NMC registration
- Experience of supporting children with complex needs
- Strong clinical skills, including tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and enteral feeding
- Knowledge of spinal injury and brain injury care (desirable)
