About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of residential valuation and property risk services, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our surveyors in the field, conducting site visits, and gathering data to support our valuation and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors in the field, conducting site visits and gathering data
  • Conduct research and analysis to support valuation and risk assessments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of residential building pathology and valuation techniques
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services to clients
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong base knowledge of residential building pathology and a genuine passion for property. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly and concisely, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
