This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. As a key member of our Management Accounts Division, you will report to a Divisional Director and work closely with our teams across the UK and wider business to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering financial accounting activity, including debt, interest, derivatives, and share-based compensation, while ensuring compliance with IFRS and other statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Senior Finance Manager or similar role, with post-qualification experience and a strong leadership background. You will manage a team of Finance Managers and together, you will deliver below-the-operating-profit-line activities, including debt, interest, derivatives, restructuring, and share-based compensation.

You will also handle holding company accounts, cash accounting, fixed assets, and leases accounting, performing group consolidation and foreign exchange/CTA accounting. Your expertise will include preparing accurate monthly and quarterly results in line with group accounting policy and Internal Control/SOX requirements, as well as delivering financial information for external reporting requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong excel skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working within large complex corporate structures. Additionally, you will have knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, and financial systems skills such as Oracle and Hyperion/HFM.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days annual leave with the option to purchase additional leave, and access to wellbeing and mental health benefits, matched pension contribution, car benefit scheme, and online learning platform.
