Senior Technical Leadership Role for Cambridge Based Tech Company

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineering Manager to join our team in Cambridge, leading our Agile engineering teams and driving technical direction that aligns with our company ambitions.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for strategically guiding and empowering four Agile engineering teams, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure a culture where engineers feel supported, encouraged and focused on delivering high quality software.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of modern software engineering best practices and Agile ways of working, as well as experience of coaching and mentoring software engineering teams and leads.

- You have excellent coaching, mentoring and people management skills
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team working on game changing technology for the farming and agricultural community.
