About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join First Recruitment Group as a Senior Risk Management Investigator, where you will play a critical role in protecting our organisation's people, property, and reputation through effective risk management and investigation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and sensitive internal investigations to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards, identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the business.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management across the organisation, advising decision-makers on key issues and developing strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Support the development and implementation of global investigation standards, collaborating with a network of investigators worldwide to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build investigative capabilities across markets, enhancing the skills of employees and driving a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk management and investigations, with a strong understanding of compliance, laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation, building strong relationships and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for investigations, as required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
