Construction Document Controller

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Bromsgrove. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to construction projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to construction projects
- Prepare and distribute documents as required
- Maintain records of all project-related documents
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
