We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our new therapeutic SEMH provision in a supportive environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dedicated clinical team and contribute to the creation of a nurturing home for children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement effective therapeutic strategies.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children.
  • Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment, promoting emotional well-being and development.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a similar role within SEMH provisions, ideally in Edgware.
  • Passion for making a difference in children's lives, with a commitment to creating a therapeutic home environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
