We are seeking an experienced Environmental Permitting Specialist to join our National Permitting Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing applications for environmental permits and licenses, working with a range of partners and stakeholders to protect the environment and local communities.

As an Environmental Permitting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex permits, including waste, water quality, and mobile plant. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

We are looking for someone with a passion for the environment and a keen eye for detail. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a strong understanding of environmental permitting legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess applications for environmental permits and licenses
  • Work with a range of partners and stakeholders to protect the environment and local communities
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
